Our Products - Lamb & Goats
JuHa sheep and goats are grazing and 'browsing' on the pastures free of chemicals and raise babies every year. One of the reasons we don't have to use chemicals is that the sheep and goats take care of the weeds and brushy plants for us!
The lamb meat is sold as chops, stew meat and other cuts. The goats (Spanish cross variety) are sold direct to the customer for meat or are used for our popular PORGO sausage. PORGO sausage is a product we 'concocted' made of PORK and GOAT. The pork comes from JuHa too! Check out the product list for full listing !
